Olivia Wilde talks about her new 'mother' body after giving birth

I am sure that this should not be news because pregnancy leaves traces, although some models (or privileged beings), look as if they had gone out of spiritual retreat when they actually had a baby. However, as often they bombarded us with images of how great celebrities look after giving birth to their offspringIt is good that somebody suddenly dares to say that his body looks like a recent mother and that he has no problem admitting it. That is the case of Olivia Wilde, who granted an interview that I personally liked very much for the message he gives to all women who have been mothers.

She starred in the cover of the magazine 'Shape' (which in effect focuses on tips for being fit), and of course they dedicated an editorial in which she admitted that the photos were made carefully taking care of the angles and lighting to get more favored... "I am a mother and I look as such," he told the journalist.

He also admitted that during pregnancy, when he was not working he just wanted to stay at home enjoying a pizza and not stuck in a gym. Come on, that are the same desires of any pregnant woman and that we sometimes assume with some guilt complex when we see that our weight increases and we don't even want to think about exercising.

Returning to his body from before

The actress tells that for the moment she has returned to practicing dance, stating that the fact of getting out of the house to exercise is already a great achievement for a woman who has just become a mother.

Listen, having a baby or not, leaving home for exercise is an important achievement. If you are going to move your ass to go to a class, it will not be for anyone else: neither your partner, nor your mother, or sensationalist journalists but for you and your special relationship with your own fat cells. I believe in a world where mothers are not expected to erase any physical evidence from their experience of procreating and I believe that in that same world there is room for exercise compo a gift for your brain. I don't want to waste my time fighting for a subjective definition of perfection. I prefer to rebuild my strength while dancing my ass ... literally.

Although your interview continues to show the normal sensations of someone who has just had a child, I think it is important that this type of manifestations also be echoed... Enough of models and magazines that claim that in two months we are physically better than before we got pregnant.
