Surely you remember your child's face for the first time tasting a different taste, bitter or acid, those more "strange" flavors when they are only accustomed to drinking milk. There are photographers who are dedicated to capture the faces of children who taste lemon for the first time, some portraits that constitute a less "curious" series.
The artists are David Wile and April Maciborka, although the protagonists are them, babies who along with the vitamin C of the lemon were surprised by that intensely acid taste, and hence the expressions on their faces. The photos are very beautiful, all with that blue-blue background and with babies, boys and girls dressed in their bibs and holding the lemon wedge in their hands or mouth.
The truth is that seen the success of this type of face could be said to entertain ourselves with anything, on YouTube there are many videos of this fruit experience for children. And I have remembered another series of photographs of children, although in this case more controversial because the children were intentionally made to cry.
At least, who does not comfort is because he does not want, the lemon does not harm them and they get used to new flavors ... Even some seem to like that acid taste. But the tears escaped from more than one because the lemon didn't like it.
