'Mathematics with Lego', or how to work the mathematical competence with construction pieces

I want to present the dossier 'Mathematics with Legos' that is on sale in Orca (acronym for Observe, Remember, Grow and Learn), the website of a homeschooler family that tells us their experiences, and also offers educational materials.

There are activities for all ages, from pre-school, through primary and secondary and the vast majority can be done with very few pieces

This dossier will help us to see the construction game pieces in another way, given the possibilities they have for children to learn, and work the mathematical competence.

'This document is a compilation of all the lego math activities that I have done with my children over the years, clear explanations of the activities with some extra ideas, some templates to print and many photos'. It is available in Spanish and It consists of 43 pages with a total of 25 ideas to make with the lay people. The contents have to do with fractions, symmetry, statistics, distance measurement; and also includes mosaics, art, mazes, or letters. So it is very complete, and very attractive, because it encourages us to take advantage of these toys.

The material costs 3.75 euros, and after paying the price with a card, they send us the dossier in PDF, in order to open the files and print them. I really think it's worth it, because the investment is little compared to the advantages it offers.
