Family Park has been presented: a new concept of urbanization adapted to the needs of families

The Conapi Group presented the project last weekend Family Park, which seems to be tailored to a group that particularly suffers from the current housing problem in Spain.

And he did it during the First National Exhibition of Large Families organized by the FEFN. Family Park is a new urbanization concept adapted in physiognomy and budget to the specific needs of this type of families, in which children are the real protagonists. The project is funded by BBVA and insured by Allianz. further It is projected in a cooperative regime in four municipalities of the Community of Madrid: San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Colmenar Viejo and Fuente el Saz.

Family Park has floors of up to five bedrooms with all the necessary security measures to prevent domestic accidents, and common spaces equipped with breastfeeding areas, toy libraries and cinema screen and even a bicycle and athletics circuit, free time monitors and camps during the summer months

The members of the Spanish Federation of Large Families will enjoy convenient payment facilities and extra benefits such as discounts on the final price or financial assistance for moving after the keys are handed over.

In addition to guaranteeing the fixed price of housing, families will enjoy the peace of mind of have all the amounts delivered to the cooperative insured, thanks to the agreement reached by Grupo Conapi with the insurance company Allianz, the only entity with the highest rating of Solvency AA.

I hope this initiative really serves to solve the problem of housing for some families in the area where the project operates. For many it will still be safer and more comfortable to live for rent, but it is clear that it gives peace of mind to have a home on property, especially if they guarantee you the fixed price and offer you certain advantages.

Part of the benefits of the project will be allocated to the Pablo Ugarte Association against Childhood Cancer.
