This Christmas we have the agenda full of activities with children, and today we wanted to talk about these that are celebrated in Madrid. The Conde Duque space organizes free children's activities, to enjoy theater, dance, music or family stories.
Count Duke becomes the city of Children and offers dozens of proposals for the little ones, among which are plays, concerts or the ice rink in the central courtyard. Many of the proposals will be free, and here we collect the most interesting.
- The rehearsal rooms of Conde Duque de Madrid will house from December 22 to 28 the work The Painted Garden, an interactive installation that unites dance, visual arts and public participation on stage. The schedule is from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The recommended age is four to eight years:
Welcome to a different, unique and magical garden: a garden where you can play music, imagine new colors and explore the wonders of a fantastic Eden, half Arab, half Mediterranean. A place to discover the theater, an extraordinary space where art will surround you until you are fascinated.
From December 30 to January 4, we will have an audiovisual storyteller, Stories for daydreaming, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Scenario Company offers a show to watch lying down from beds. There we will see how the sky becomes an animated book, where the illustrations by Mar Camacho and José María Roca shape the magic of the stories of Pepa Muriel: the snow queen, the desert siren, the dream catcher and even a Garden where flowers speak.
The Fair of inventions will be held in the Hall of Columns from December 22 to January 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Science will be spread here in a fun way, thanks to some incredible and crazy inventors. The imagination will fly without limits, taking us from one invention to another, from one machine to the next ...
