Anna's blog

It's been about three or four months since I found your blog, and the truth is, I don't remember how I got to it.

A few days ago, writing the post of Bite of Reality: Down Syndrome, I remembered him and decided to talk about Anna.

Anna is the beautiful girl in the photo. He is two years old, has congenital heart disease and Down syndrome and in his blog, Anna's blog, his parents write everything related to his life.

Already in Anna's pregnancy tests there were signs that she could have Down syndrome. Even so, her parents decided that Anna would be born, as they say, yes or yes. So it was. Anna was born. To date he has had to go through the operating room three times, from which he has recovered superbly. She has a little sister, Abril, whom she loves, and some parents who struggle daily to give her the happiest life possible, to correspond with the happiness they receive from her.

Anna's blog is, in fact, a authentic encyclopedia of everything related to Down syndrome. In it we can read many of the related news, studies, opinions, all under the wise direction of José Luís and Mª Ángeles, dad and mom of Anna.

A few days ago, in fact, Anna's father was invited to “Els matins de TV3” to discuss the controversy generated by possible cosmetic surgery interventions to people with Down syndrome.

It is a pleasure to enter and read the news, opinions, news, comments and the way of life of this small big family, which among other things, is doing a great job to raise awareness of those who want to be aware, and to words of José Luís, be “A small light in the middle of those who find themselves able to choose and for those who are doubting what to do. To answer the latter I will answer with one word, saying what we would do if we went back ... REPEAT ”.

Thank you, dads of Anna, for opening the door of your house and letting us see beyond.
