Express delivery: Kate Middleton leaves the hospital seven hours after giving birth

Update 04/27/2018:

The Dukes of Cambridge announced the name of their third child born last Monday: Louis Arthur Charles. The British crown said it will be routinely mentioned as "Prince Louis of Cambridge". His main name pays tribute to Louis Mountbatten, the mentor of the Duke of Edinburgh. As a curiosity, both George, the eldest son of the dukes, and his father William, have Louis as their middle name.

Just a few hours ago we announced the birth of the third son of the Dukes of Cambridge and we did not expect to see this image of the presentation so soon, but Kate Middleton and Prince William have left St Mary's hospital in Paddington with their newborn baby a few minutes ago , just seven hours after birth.

With a big smile on his face, the parents greeted photographers and curious, and the baby (who has not yet transcended his name) slept in the arms of the mother, who looked radiant and perfectly recovered from childbirth in a red dress.

Welcome to the family. Thank you everyone for your kind wishes.

Express delivery

The Duchess of Cambridge entered this Monday at 8.20 a.m. local time (one more hour in Spain) in the Linda wing of St. Mary's hospital, where her two oldest children were also born.

The birth occurred at 11.01 local time. Hours later, her hairdresser and stylist came to prepare the mother for her exit from the hospital who also received the visit of her two oldest children, Charlotte and George.

The children entered the hospital from their father's hand to meet their little brother, and shortly after the parents went out with the newborn. Everything very fast!

Prince George and Princess Charlotte arrive with The Duke of Cambridge at St Marys Hospital to meet their little brother.

The belief that each birth is faster than the previous one seems to have been with Kate Middleton. With the third he has left almost seven hours after giving birth, beating his own record when leaving two hours earlier than with hospital Charlotte, birth that was attended only by midwives and probably without epidural.

Outpatient delivery or delivery without hospital admission is common in some European countries such as the United Kingdom or Sweden. Each woman is different and the time she needs to be admitted varies in each case, but it is intended to be as short as possible if the mother and the baby are in perfect condition, as has been the case with Kate and her baby.
