As parents we know that most of the time things will not go as planned, especially if it is a photo shoot with babies or young children. We hope to get cute and dreamlike images but sometimes children are simply not in the mood to pose before the camera.
But nevertheless, making some adjustment can change everything, getting an even more tender image than we expected. This was what happened to photographer Juliet Cannici when she tried to take a sweet photograph of the newborn twins she had with her wife Nikki. They were already mothers of another pair of twins, Siena and Nico, two years old.
When the new family members were 11 days old, Juliet wanted to take a picture of all the brothers together. He rented some cute costumes for them to wear and set up a small stage at home to do the photo shoot.
"Nico and Siena were very excited about the arrival of their sisters"Cannici said in an interview for the Huffington Post."They spent months snuggling next to their mother's belly during pregnancy, talking and singing to the babies. But as I said at the beginning of this article, things sometimes do not go as planned, and the photo shoot was not going as Cannici expected: "I was taking the photographs with the costumes I had rented for them but Nico and Siena were so bored that the photos looked horrible. I was very disappointed".
So He decided to pause, took his children's suits and let them play a little. After playing for a while, they all returned to continue the photo shoot and she placed the older brothers next to the newborn twins.

Cannici posted the photo on Facebook and began to be filled with positive comments that admired how tender and natural the picture looks. She thinks she managed to capture the love of brothers and the strong bond between them.
Cannici and his wife Nikki have been married for 11 years, and fought a long time to get pregnant through in vitro fertilization before having Nico and Siena. Having the new twins, Gia and Emma, was not an easy path either.
