Caramelized apple and cinnamon dessert recipe

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 apples, 2 eggs, 25 g of sugar, 30 g of flour, 150 ml of milk, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to make a caramelized apple and cinnamon dessert

We start by peeling the apples, removing their hearts and cutting them into wedges. Next, we put the segments in a pan with four tablespoons of water and cook them for about 8 minutes.

We place the segments in a source so that they are ordered. In a bowl, we beat with the rods the eggs with the sugar and a tablespoon of the cinnamon for a few minutes. When the eggs are well foamy, we add the milk and flour and beat until we make a homogeneous dough that we leave stand a few minutes in the fridge.

Cover the apples with the mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180º. Finish the dish by sprinkling with a spoonful of sugar and the teaspoon of cinnamon and burn the sugar with a burner or a cooking torch. (If you don't have one, you can gratin for one or two minutes at 220º in the oven).
