The days get longer, the temperatures are more pleasant and you don't feel like staying at home. The good weather arrives and it's time to play in the street with the children, an open space that fills the senses and stimulates the little ones to learn and have fun.
We are not referring only to the park, although it is true that the streets of the cities are not prepared for children to play because there are several dangers (and, because in general, they do not think about them), mainly traffic. But the playground, the outskirts, nearby excursions (field, mountain, beach ...), offer many possibilities to play.
To play and exercise, as it is a great opportunity to wear sportswear and move as a family. And, although we do not want it, when the weather is bad we are more sedentary, not all houses are ready to jump or run.
